Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must: 

  • Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Have all safety seals intact
  • Include all components (gift items, samples, etc.)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of tampering

⚠ Allergic Reactions

Skin sensitivity varies by individual. We cannot accept returns based on allergic reactions unless the product is defective.

  • Definition of “Defective Product”

A product is considered defective if it has:

  • Leakage or damaged components
  • Broken or malfunctioning packaging
  • Missing pumps or parts
  • An incorrect item was shipped

“Not liking the scent, texture, or color” does not qualify as a defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Aeeve Covers:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage (with photo evidence within 48 hours)

Customer Covers:

  • Change of mind
  • Unwanted gifts
  • Any non-defective return

International return shipping to Korea can be expensive. Please use a trackable service.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or not accepted at our warehouse.

Refund Process

  1. Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  2. Approval or rejection notification is sent via email.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs and any applicable fees.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

FDA & MoCRA Compliance

All Aeeve products comply with the U.S. Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA). Our manufacturing facilities are FDA-registered. All cosmetic ingredient lists are submitted and updated per annual MoCRA Reporting Requirements. We meet U.S. GMP standards and maintain required safety documentation for all formulas.

We provide full ingredient disclosures (INCI), allergen notices, and usage guidelines for consumer clarity and safety.
